DISCOUNT (Optional) Discount amount on total sale.

DLNAME (Optional) Account holder’s driver license name.

DLNUM (Optional) Account holder’s driver license number.

DOB (Optional) Account holder’s date of birth in the format MMDDYYYY. For example, July
28, 2011 is represented as: 07282011

DUTYAMT (Optional) Sometimes called import tax.

MERCHANTZIP (Optional) 5- to 9-digit zip (postal) code excluding spaces, dashes, and nonnumeric
characters where the transaction took place.
If you are a third-party biller (bill for services or goods rendered by another entity),
you must enter the postal code that corresponds to the seller’s location.
